GateWay Community Community (GWCC) is seeking teachers for non-credit, flexible workshops beginning in Fall 2018. As part of the new GWCC Community Education Department and its initiative, these workshops are designed to be enjoyable, enriching, and to provide an opportunity to learn new, exciting skills.
The workshops are as follows:
Sewing & Quilting
Personal Finance & Budgeting
Basic Home Maintenance & Repair
Arts & Crafts
Music & Instruments
GWCC is also eager to know about other areas you excel in.
This is a fantastic opportunity for teachers around the Valley to get involved with the District’s community, and also bank on existing talent. These paid positions are largely offered outside of regular business hours – i.e. evenings and weekends. Workshops will take place at the Washington Campus at 108 N. 40th St. Phoenix, AZ 85034 and the City Central Campus at 1245 E. Buckeye Rd. Phoenix, AZ 85034.
If you have a passion for teaching and are interested, please fill out the online form and Jeanne Ratliff will be in touch to discuss your workshop. All qualified proposals will be considered for Fall 2018 or future start dates. If you have additional questions, you may contact Jeanne at firstname.lastname@example.org.
